Located in the quaint neighborhood of Castleberry Hills in Atlanta, the Loft was the perfect atmosphere for a charming, chic and vintage inspired bridal shower. Invited guests received in the mail a unexpected but delightful invitation to the soiree. The invitation, was a handmade handkerchief that served as a keepsake and also inspiration for the vintage-modern inspired theme. A black, white and yellow color palette were the signature colors for the shower that blended effortlessly together. Some of the decor elements featured vintage mason jars and wheeled- barrel carts that held scented, citrus lemons. Fresh tulips and lovely yellow and white daises were placed as vingettes on the table that accentuated the decor. Guests ate on gold chargers lined in a family style arrangement with monogrammed napkins and Hershey's kisses that completed the dainty tablescape. The decor and event styling was done by Signature Spaces, LLC.
The savory menu found guests sipping on mimosas and fresh lemonade while nibbling on appetizing smoked salmon, mini quiches, almond crusted chicken skewers, colorful fresh fruit and sweet croissants. Nonetheless, Cynthia the bride-to-be insisted on one key must have item for her bridal shower. The beloved candy station! A popular go to element at most events the candy station included fan favorites like rock candy and good old-fashioned jelly beans and to top it off a trio of delectable sweets that included Chicago style popcorn, french macarons, and lastly cupcakes bearing cute polka dot lingerie and the logo of her favorite designer Coco Chanel on the icing.
Several special touches were added that made the honoree swoon (from framed pictures of the happy couple to single stem roses on the chair of each guest). This wonderful event gave guests an opportunity to connect and what better way to make the happen other than playing a few fun games. The winners received awesome handmade scented sugar scrubs in mini mason jars that were a big hit! Furthermore, not to be left out guests also received cake mixes as gifts in vanilla and red velvet flavors. Every detail of the shower came together perfectly with the help of the hostesses and a group of fabulous bridesmaids also known as "The Dreamgirls", affectionately named by the bride-to-be. Truly amazed by everyone's love and support Cynthia will cherish for a lifetime all of the unforgettable details that made her day truly amazing and special. Here is a look at the fabulous bridal shower soiree.
